The progress of the society,the enterprise's development cannot leave the human resources.In the economic activity of all resources,human resources are the most active and most creative resources,material resources,financial resources such as the utility of play to the role of the inseparable from the human resources,Human resource has become the first resource of enterprise development,and to play well the role of human resources,staff incentive has become enterprise attaches great importance to the problem.Harvard University professor William James found in the study of the worker's incentive,hourly wage of worker can only play-30% to 20% of its power,and if under sufficient incentives,the worker's ability to play to 80%,90%,50%,60% of the gap is due to motivation,therefore,explore the incentive mechanism in the enterprise human resources management,for the optimization of incentive mechanism of enterprises or for enterprise sustainable development is of great significance.Taking the HN highway group as an example,this paper carried out a special systematic study on the optimization of employee incentive mechanism in the HN highway group.The HN highway group is an enterprise which mainly develops,maintains and manages transportation infrastructure such as highway and special large independent Bridges.The employee motivation mainly includes three aspects: economic welfare,performance appraisal and value satisfaction.The employee motivation mainly includes three aspects: economic welfare,performance appraisal and value satisfaction.For the system to understand the current incentive mechanism in HN highway group effect of actual and potential problems,the author through the questionnaire survey and interview with employees,and other forms of employee satisfaction and collection of information,the result is found that the current HN highway group exists in many aspects of human resource management of potential problems,for example,the salary structure is not reasonable,the employee's promotion channel is too monotonous.It is these problems that lead to a low level of satisfaction for most employees.The author based on the relevant incentive theory in the human resources management,aiming at some realistic problems,from the overall train of thought,the principle of optimization and optimization scheme,and other specific aspects,summarizes for HN highway group employees incentive mechanism optimization countermeasures,hope these Suggestions will for HN employees incentive problems in the highway group fix the play a certain reference function.The author in order to ensure that in view of the shortage of space put forward relevant Suggestions for the smooth implementation,also put forward some protection measures,such as: improve the staff performance appraisal system,strengthen the system construction,improve the management,etc.The highlight of this article is that the author on the premise of employee incentive oriented will separate salary,career planning and performance of this a few parts fully knead and organizing them into logical and related staff incentive system,do not forget the relevant guarantee measures are put forward to ensure effectively to implement the optimized incentive mechanism.The research results of this article is not only the problems existing in the incentive mechanism for the group's staff provide valuable advice,as well as of other company employees incentive mechanism of perfect industry provides the reference can be drawn lessons from.
