Hotel industry is a labor-intensive industry,the physical requirements of employees higher,employees work time and physical energy consumption.At the same time,the hotel industry also has a strong particularity,the hotel with low skills,low quality front-line staff,employees enter the post faster.Therefore,the internal mobility of employees in the hotel industry is strong,and the high turnover rate of employees is a common problem in the hotel industry,and is also a major factor restricting the development of the hotel.The loss of staff will inevitably bring about a series of adverse effects to the hotel,such as increasing the hotel human capital cost and reduce the influence of hotel service quality,hotel reputation,hotel staff shake retained confidence,even give the hotel a certain trade secrets leak risk.Therefore,for hotel enterprises,how to reduce the turnover rate of hotel staff has become a key issue.The Xiamen Mingtien Inn company as the research object,in-depth research and analysis of the phenomenon of the loss of its employees,that causes serious loss of Xiamen Mingtien Inn company employees,and through the control and the main contents of the research content and the actual management process,to help the enterprises to find their own problems,and combined with the main cause of the loss of staff,make some targeted policies or measures for it,in order to effectively attract,retain and motivate employees and further,effectively control or reduce the staff loss prevention measures,to improve the hotel human resources management ability and level,enhance the staff of the hotel's identity and Hotel management satisfaction,and provide some reference for other areas the hotel or inn,in order to effectively control and reduce staff turnover situation.Taking Xiamen Mingtien Inn company as an example,this paper studies the problem of employee turnover,and the main research results are as follows:First,based on the Simon March model and the Preiss model,a new employee turnover model is constructed based on the characteristics of the hotel industry.The new model takes employee turnover,subjective demand and the objective conditions of employee turnover as the intermediate variables,and takes into account the impact of enterprise factors,social factors,personal factors and technical conditions on employee turnover;Two,the paper analyzes the possibility of employee turnover in Mingtien Inn.The results of the study showed that on the one hand,from the enterprise employees' job satisfaction is low,the loss of staffs subjective demand is relatively strong;on the other hand,the hotel industry talent shortage in the employees can choose more enterprises,the objective conditions of loss of hotel staff more fully.Therefore,according to the established model,the Mingtien Inn employee turnover subjective demand conditions and objective selection conditions are satisfied at the same time,so the enterprise should pay attention to employee management issues,to prevent excessive staff turnover problems.The three is the analysis of the excessive demand for the subjective demand of Mingtien Inn employees.This paper analyzes the factors of excessive demand for hotel staff turnover from three perspectives of social factors,enterprise factors and personal factors,and focuses on the problems existing in human resource management;Four,from the angle of enterprise management,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to meet the subjective needs of employees.According to the actual situation of enterprises,improve the enterprise training system,from the three aspects of the establishment of the promotion mechanism of employee performance appraisal mechanism and clear staff construction of hotel staff retention plan,and further from the cultural security,system security and incentive guarantee three dimensions of the corresponding security measures.
