Countermeasures Of Developing Himalaya MountainTourism By Local Government

In the remote and backward minority areas in the west of china,the rapid development of the tourism industry is very important to promote the local economic development.The tourism industry has gradually become the pillar industry of the national economy and the development of regional tourism economy has received unprecedented attention.The Himalaya Mountain is mainly in the Shigatse area.Shigatse,located in the southwest border of China,is a holy land.It has a distinct national customs,long history of Tibetan culture and magnificent scenery of the plateau.Shigatse tourism resources are rich.However,the level of tourism development is not high and the quality of tourism service needs to be improved.Shigatse tourism experiences bottlenecks and is at a standstill.Therefore,making rapid development of tourism industry in Shigatse is very important for the economic development of minority areas.The local government plays an important role in the development of local tourism industry.The government not only provides funds and areas for the development of local tourism,but also provides policy support and tourism design ideas for the development of tourism.Under the situation of rapid economic development,how does our government optimize the functions of tourism industry development management services?The natural and social resources in Shigatse,tourism resources and the bottleneck of tourism industry development is systematically analyzed in this dissertation by field research and reference to domestic and foreign governments to promote the advanced management experience of mountain tourism.In addition,this dissertation studies the strategic positioning of local government promoting the development of tourism in Shigatse through using SWOT method and deeply analyzes the internal and external environmental conditions and problems in the development of tourism in Shigatse.Guiding ideology and basic principles of the development of tourism in Shigatse has been put forward and strategic goals and contents of tourism development has also been clarified in this dissertation.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions for local government to promote the development of tourism in Shigatse is put forward in order to further optimize and improve the government management service function for providing reference for the government to improve the level of management services,and for them to provide a theoretical basis for sustainable development and great-leap-forward development of Shigatse tourism.
