Analysis On Problems Of Rural Tourism And Government Regulatory Function

With the rapid urbanization process,People surrounded by reinforced concrete,work,study and life make Psychological pressure becomes larger,physical and mental exhausted.The village of beautiful natural scenery,a strong local flavor so that people on nature,the countryside more and more attention and desire,under these circumstances experience the rustic characteristics and farming culture,fisheries and culture has also become an important part of rural tourism.Rural tourism was born and developed in such social needs,and its development is more and more government and academic attention.Rural tourism as an important way to adjust the agricultural industry structure,improve the rural labor surplus,maintain the sustainable development of rural economy,reshape the image of rural society,and widely used by the government to many cities and villages in China planning.However,how the government in play a role in the development of rural tourism is heavily dependent on effective government regulation.This article discusses the problem of government regulation in the process of rural tourism development based on tourists’ perception.Visitors perception measures the degree of satisfaction of the tourists in the whole process of tourism experience.At present,Government regulation still exists problem in rural tourism development of our country,such as government regulators are still lacks of ideological importance,the regulatory system is not perfect,lack of sound business planning and government coordination efforts and other issues.Thus,in the process of this study,we will use literature study,questionnaire,comprehensive analysis,combining public management theory and economic theory,to analysis of relevant issues in government regulation of rural tourism development from the perspective of the effectiveness of the government’s economic management.An take the method of case study,analysis Government to guide the development of rural tourism regulatory model and the role of government supervision at home and abroad.This paper puts forward the improvement and improvement effect of government regulation on problem solving,further describes the government regulation of rural tourism development role,including the protection of rural natural and cultural resources,protection of rural-specific outlook,stable market order and protect the rights and interests of tourists.How this paper,the government strengthen supervision of rural tourism,promote rural tourism healthy,orderly and sustainable development,urban and rural development has some references.
