The Establishment And Application Of The Evaluation Index System Of Green Building Economical Use Of Land

In the process of urban construction and urban economic development,the resource attributes of land are not only reflected in the occupied land area,but also the intensity of land output.The total supply of urban land resources is limited,while the demand for urban land resources is increasing.The government and the whole construction industry are constantly making all kinds of efforts and attempts in the field of conservation of urban construction land,and wanting to alleviate this contradiction.Based on the study of green building economical use of land at home and abroad,this study has established the Evaluation Index System of green building economical use of land,aiming at improving the comprehensive benefit of green building per unit area.First of all,this paper discusses the content of the system based on the theoretical basis of the system.Secondly,various factors which affect the evaluation results are analyzed based on the specific indicators in the "assessment standards for green building".Then,this study summarizes the ways of saving land for green buildings.Finally,this study made a comprehensive evaluation of residential buildings and public buildings through ten green building examples.In view of the above research results,this paper puts forward the suggestions and suggestions on the revision of the index system of green building conservation land,and provides the reference for the follow-up system index from the recommendation to the mandatory.
