Abstract/Summary:
In 2001 China joined the World Trade Organization,the global textile quota system was ended in 2005,China canceled the domestic garment industry export quotas limit in 2009,and until today many western developed countries and communities,including the US and European Union does not recognize China’s status as a market economy,cause the result of in the anti-dumping investigation activities in China’s clothing commodity prices are in a significantly disadvantageous position,apparel foreign trade enterprises in the rapid development but also has been facing various challenges.At the same time,informatization,digitalization and networking high speed development,the foreign trade and foreign trade enterprises have to adapt to the times and keep moving forward.In the complex international environment and change rapidly information age,the problem of enterprises how to deal with the change,showing its own advantages,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,to make his steady and strong,is each clothing foreign trade enterprises should faced.Enterprise resource planning(ERP)is a modern enterprise management idea and method.It is a tool to help enterprises raise their management level and integrate their business,funds and information effectively.How to improve the viability and competitiveness of enterprises through the effective establishment and use of ERP,and how to continuously obtain greater economic and social benefits,is the answer that this article wants to give.Firstly,this thesis introduces the basic concepts of ERP and Clothing foreign trade type ERP,and then introduces the specific case of ZF company.While ZF is in the process of ERP replacement,this paper elaborates on its old ERP’s problems,requirements,and new ERP implementation process.Then,the paper studies and analyzes the risk of the implementation of ERP system,point out the the level of risk during the process of implementing ERP of foreign trade enterprises,to prevent different degrees of various risks to the implementation process.At last,using balanced scorecard and analytic hierarchy process,the calculation method of ERP performance evaluation after implementation is described in detail.
