Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and people’s livelihood,so it is also important to the development of agricultural insurance.Beijing agricultural insurance market compared with other provinces has a smaller scale,nearly five years of the first industry accounted for about 0.6%.But due to the unique urban agricultural development in Beijing,a strong financial fund and the government’s subsidy of agricultural insurance is higher,the city of the policy-based agriculture insurance in the ten years of development,for relatively perfect Beijing model.As in the nearly years the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Beijing industrial structure adjustment and agricultural insurance product innovation and increase,the Beijing agricultural insurance market also exposed some problems.Based on this,in this paper,the research status and the deficiency existing in Beijing agricultural insurance market,found the way to deal with.This paper briefly introduces the Beijing agricultural insurance development environment(including agricultural environment,economic environment and the institutional environment)and the current situation of the development(including Beijing model,management institution,market situation and product innovation),at the same time,research the farmers in the field,the management of agricultural insurance company as well as government agencies,agriculture commission conducted interviews.And on the basis of investigation of different subject,found the problems of agricultural insurance market in Beijing,such as farmer’s perception of agricultural insurance need to improve,the overall satisfaction of farmers on agricultural insurance market need to increase,farmers for agricultural insurance information is not convenient,agricultural insurance product is single,catastrophe risk response does not reach the designated position,market operators into too fast and so on.To solve above problems,put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.For example strengthening the insurance knowledge training of farmers,meet the personalized requirements for farmers,convenient farmers obtain insurance information,on a trial basis income insurance,developing completely insurance cost,improve the market access and exit mechanism and so on.To provide some reference for further development of Beijing agricultural insurance market.Throughout reading literature of the scholars,most of them are summary the Beijing model system,or a danger is planted for in-depth analysis and research,only a few scholars survey to farmers,insurances and government in Beijing.Find existing problems and puts forward corresponding Suggestions,want to provides new thinking for the Beijing agricultural insurance.
