Studies On The Main Body Behavior Of Policy-oriented Agricultural Insurance In China

As the foundation of the national economy industry, whether the agricultureproduction stability directly influences the whole social and economic development.Agricultural is a weak industry of high risk, because it has high frequency and largescale risk loss, and characteristics of regional effect is obvious. Agricultural insuranceas a kind of market risk transfer and coping mechanism, its importance is self-evident.Since the end of2003, China began a new round of pilot agricultural insurance,agriculturalInsurance has obtained the remarkable result, especially the policy-basedagriculture insurance has made substantial progress. At the same time, some problemsalong with the in-depth development of agricultural insurance are constantly emerging.This paper establish the game model between the farmer and the insurance company,government and the insurance company. Finally it puts forward the correspondingpolicy recommendations.Paper is divided into six parts:The first chapter is introduction. This part mainly introduces the researchbackground, purpose, significance, research status, the research method the maininnovation points of the agricultural insurance.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical basis of policy-relatedagricultural insurance. This part mainly elaborated the agricultural insurance, policyagricultural insurance related concepts and theoretical basis.The third chapter is policy-related agricultural insurance’s development situationat home and abroad. This section first discusses the policy-based agricultureinsurance’s tortuous development course, restriction factor and the recent exploration.Second studies the foreign typical mode of agricultural insurance for one by one.Finally it is concluded that policy-oriented agricultural insurance classic mode athome and abroad to our enlightenment.The fourth chapter analysis the main body of policy-related agriculturalinsurance behavior characteristic. It’s the foundation of the next chapter. The fifth chapter is game analysis of policy-related agricultural insurance. Forthis part, it establishes the game model of farmers and insurance companies, thegovernment and insurance company. Through the game analysis it puts forward theoptimization strategy in order to promote the policy-oriented agricultural insurancehealthy development.Chapter six is the policy suggestions. According to the above analysis, this partrespectively from the viewpoints of farmers, insurance companies, the governmentput forward related policy suggestions to promote the sustainable development ofagricultural insurance in our country.
