A Study On The Construction Of Cooperation Mechanism Of Commercial Insurance Participating In Policy Oriented Agricultural Insurance

Agricultural insurance is an important way of modern agricultural risk managemen.Governments around the world including China attach great importance to agricultural insurance as a means to support the development of Agriculture.In recent years,the Guangxi regional government in the process of promoting policy oriented agricultural insurance,in the form of financial subsidies and policy support to encourage the introduction of Business insurance company to participate in business,has achieved remarkable results,But at the same time,it is also faced with the problem of the government and the insurance company’s responsibility is not clear,the follow-up development is weak and other issues.From the perspective of cooperative governance,this paper studies the cooperation model between government and commercial insurance companies in Guangxi policy agricultural insurance system,and explores the best way to participate in commercial insurance and improve the efficiency of policy-oriented agricultural insurance.The first part of agricultural insurance theory and the practice of agricultural insurance at home and abroad for reference.Discussion on the necessity of business insurance participation.The second part analyzes the operation of the cooperative mode and cooperative mechanism,focusing on the problems and reasons in the current cooperative mechanism.The third part of the recommendations and conclusions,on the basis of the problem analysis of commercial insurance participation in policy agricultural insurance cooperation mechanism construction of the relevant recommendations.
