Research On The PPP Financing Model Of New Airport Line Of Urban Rail Transit In Beijing

At present,with the rapid development of society and economy,the process of urbanization in our country is getting faster and faster.As a result,the population and density of the urban population are also increasing rapidly,and the infrastructure facilities in the city are still not perfect.In particular,the improvement of transportation has not satisfied the automobile.The need for growth has brought great inconvenience to people's travel.The fast,green and environmentally-friendly next-generation rail transportation has received people's love and become the first choice for travel.However,due to the large investment demand for rail transit construction projects,long investment recovery period,single investment entities and high operating costs,the local government has brought tremendous financial pressure and management difficulties.Therefore,how to improve the investment management model of rail transit projects,alleviate the shortage of government finances and operating losses,and ensure the smooth construction of subway projects has become an urgent problem for the academic community.The article starts with the management status of rail transit investment model,analyzes in depth the characteristics of different modes of urban rail transit investment and the cases of rail transit investment models in typical cities at home and abroad,and summarizes the problems in the application of different investment models in rail transit engineering..Secondly,through the analysis of the current status of the Beijing Rail Transit Airport Line Project and the status quo of the current investment and financing situation,the problems existing in the investment and financing model management of the New Airport Line Project were identified.Then,taking the Beijing Rail Transit Airport Line Project as a case,through research,relevant data were obtained and the feasibility of the project adopting the PPP investment and financing model was empirically analyzed.Finally,when discussing the application of the PPP model in Beijing New Airport Line Project,its fundraising channels,project financial evaluation and valuation,risk identification and response measures,etc.,can provide experience reference for the project managers and their counterparts.
