With the rapid development of China's economy in recent years, the progress of science and technology, the way people travel choice is increasingly diversified.As the world's developing countries with a large population in our country, metropolitan traffic congestion and environmental pollution problems highlighted increasingly.To solve these problems, the city rail transit arises at the historic moment.But because of the great investment of urban rail transit construction, the construction cost is high,capital recovery slow, makes the government resources has been difficult to sustain alone, governments everywhere are insufficient funds, the financing difficult problem become the serious factor restricting the development of urban rail transit in China.Starting from the present situation of urban rail transit, this paper adopts comparative analysis method, by comparing the domestic and foreign financing gap to perfect our country existing pattern, combined with the theories and case research method, in view of the construction of Beijing metro line 4 financing model to analysis suitable for solve the problem of the current urban rail construction financing difficulties of new ideas.Comprehensive development and put forward the innovation of the online and offline, along the comprehensive treatment project of land development, and advertising.We have trial and error in the construction of urban rail transit in our country,through the deepening reform of economic system, and better to delegate, to promote the healthy development of urban rail construction financing.The author thinks that the government in the next period of time the folk cooperation(PPP) model will become the solution for the sustainable development of the construction of urban rail transit.
