The further development of mobile Internet technology makes a great impact on the traditional business model and the concept of consumption,and further promote the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce.The bonded zone cross-border e-commerce can effectively help enterprises in the bonded area to establish global product supply and demand information service platform,it has injected new vitality into the enterprises development.The free trade zone and “silk roads” policy,has also provided the opportunity of W culture company for developing bonded zone cross-border e-commerce.Based on the business model theory,this paper provide a new view point of W culture company how to explore the bonded zone cross-border e-commerce,after the deeply analysis of W culture company's business external environment and internal conditions about starting the bonded zone cross-border e-commerce model,it has designed out the company value connotation,business model segments,business procedures,platform concept and profit model,also make the research about the implementation of business model from the methods of implementation,security measures,effect evaluation and risk control.This paper focuses on the research about company's connotation value,the main business,core resources,target customers,key partners and other factors,propose a new idea of business model: build the bonded zone cross-border e-commerce integration platform based on culture bonded zone,it has provided a useful reference for W culture company to start the bonded zone cross-border e-commerce business effectively.
