Research On The Cross-border E-commerce Import Mode Based On The Improved Analytic Hierarchy Process

The bonded port area of our country is the special region which makes full use of the Open Policy and the national free policy.It is the most close to the free trade area in development.The bonded port area have not only a lot of policies such as quarantine,duty-free but also can promote the overall development of the region and interactive development.The country has strongly supported the prosperity and development of the bonded port area in recent years.Tianjin Dong Jiang bonded port area is not only an important part of the free trade zone in Tianjin City but also the only cross-border e-commerce in the experimentation area.How to use the existing conditions and preferential policies to achieve high efficiency and fully meet the diverse needs of the consumer of cross-border e-commerce is the main problem of this area.So choosing a reasonable cross-border e-commerce import model has become a breakthrough to solve this problem.This paper begins with a series of basic theories of cross-border e-commerce in bonded area.The author makes a comparative analysis of the import mode of main cross border e-commerce platform and bonded port area in China.The result shows that,both the cross border e-commerce platform and the bonded port area just like Ningbo,Shanghai,Chongqing chose the same import mode,that is the combination of bonded stock and overseas direct mail.Then,the researcher uses the improved AHP synthesis algorithm to analysis the physical truth of Dong Jiang bonded port area and the choice of import mode of developing cross-border import e-commerce in this area.First,the researcher uses Delphi method and SWOT analysis method to analysis the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of this bonded port area.Second,the researcher makes a level analyze of bonded stock,bonded cargo and overseas direct mail.Then,using two dimensional coordinates to draw a conclusion through calculation.Research results show that,the import mode of the combination of bonded stock and overseas direct mail also suits the current develop of cross border e-commerce in the bonded port area of Dong Jiang.Moreover,this model has applicability and generality to the development of cross-border import e-commerce in each bonded zone.The results also show that the improved algorithm is reasonable and effective.
