At the beginning of Chinese participation in WTO,Chinese image was mainly regarded as the low-end world factory all over the world.With the continuous absorption and accumulation of foreign advanced manufacturing experience,and the persistence to study technology and overcome technical difficulties,Chinese manufacturing level has been improved gradually.Nowadays,Chinese products which were exported to advanced countries market such as the United States was no longer the low-end products such as primary processing as our normal image,but the high-end industrial products of electromechanical and other industries.H company is Chinese Leading enterprise which represents the Chinese highest industry standards in the laser industry.We have constant effort to develop,at the same time,we has not forgotten that innovation is one of our shoulders the mission of the Chinese national rejuvenation.In recent years,China's low labor cost advantage lose constantly,and enterprise past production are unsustainable,so industrial upgrading is urgent.All situations caused an unprecedented competitive pressure to the high-tech enterprises.In this context,how to improve the human resource management level of innovative talents has become a contemporary issue.Era is the era of information revolution to continue running,and the research content of this paper is in H company,for example,to explore how to use information technology to the training of technical personnel for more reasonable development and selection.By combining literature research and development company,in research and development of human resource management is optimized in many respects,such as design and research institute,etc.This article is divided into six chapters: The first chapter,the introduction,introduces the research background and significance of the dissertation,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad;the second chapter,elaborates the research foundation related to the topic;the third chapter,analysis and summarizes the current situation of human resource management mechanism in research and development of company H;the fourth chapter,deeply analyzes the existing problems and causes of human resource management mechanism in research and development of company H,such as the problem of path dependence,etc.In the fifth chapter,based on the above research,put forward the corresponding optimization countermeasures to the existing problems.Finally,the summary and prospect are given.
