With the gradual liberalization of the second child policy in China,many young people have chosen to have another child.This has greatly promoted the maternal and infant industry,so that the business of mother and baby confinement club has been increasing continuously.This article is selected from Taizhou WS maternal and child confinement club as the research subject,and service marketing strategy is the marketing research object,which has strong practical significance.This paper first introduces the research background,from the policy dimension,industrial dimensions,geographical dimension,dimension,dimension and content of enterprise marketing six dimensions of the topic is introduced,and the domestic and foreign research on marketing strategy are introduced.The focus of this paper is to analyze the current situation of WS in maternal confinement club marketing third chapter,the basic situation of maternal and child WS month club,the local market situation and analysis of the status quo and existing problems of service marketing research,fourth chapter SWOT analysis and market positioning and selection,established the marketing strategy optimization of mother to child WS the month club: making full marketing strategy in the pre-sale stage,in the purchase of services on the consumer experience in customer service,pay attention to customer relationship maintenance stage.In addition,this paper also puts forward some protective measures.At the end of this paper research,the paper also puts forward some future planning objectives and development path,that can in the future through large data resources and the introduction of the Internet platform,help WS better maternal confinement club.
