In today's society,the national economy has made great progress,the development of the industry is also showing a booming trend,China's jewelry industry is facing enormous opportunities for development.But note that,in the course of development of the jewelry industry,major companies in the industry there is a fierce competition,and the competition with risks and threats,especially some enterprises in the process of competition irregularities and the industry itself is not high barriers to entry,the technology level is so many problems,can lead to the healthy development of the jewelry industry.Facing the complex competition environment,how to realize the competition in the market is the key to the higher level management.The small jewelry enterprises in Taiyuan city "Bi Cui Ge Trading Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as JADE company)as the main research object,research on the market competitive strategy of jewelry enterprises.First of all,the study found that JADE company due to the development of smaller share in the local market is not high,so that it does not have the advantage in the competition process,coupled with the company's internal management mechanism is not perfect,the macro competition strategic target positioning is not accurate and other issues,making the company the advantage in the market.Secondly,the thesis think that the cause of JADE company market competition strategy is various,therefore,using PEST analysis tools to achieve the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company,after using the SWOT analysis method,from four aspects of the in-depth excavation of the jewelry company has the advantage in market competition and disadvantages facing the opportunities and threats.On this basis,this thesis proposes JADE company in management,marketing,brand,business and so on four different aspects of the competition strategy,and three aspects including human resources,management,information technology and other strategic security strategy.The research on competitive strategy of JADE company is on the market,some of the jewelry industry strategic development of a comprehensive and in-depth discussion,with some strategic,the research includes the current situation and development trend of market competition strategy of JADE company,provides some experience for the development of market competition strategy of similar enterprises country.
