Research In Strategy And Management Of Geological Survey Project Fund

Under the new situation and new requirements of the continually deepening reform of financial system,we are confronting many problems on managing and using the fund of Geological survey project.This dissertation researches comprehensively on the budget,audit and the evaluation of fund utilization in order to summarize the problems on fund management,analyze the root causes and put forward corresponding countermeasures and proposals.As a result of the research,I realized that the contemporary reform of financial management system and project budget management system are inadequate,the relevant policies and standards are not consummate,the management approaches and awareness still need to be improved,the related management requirements have not laid down in the assessment criteria yet.Consequently,this dissertation will introduce the conceive on how to accelerate reform of budget management system,the proposal on how to improve capital management regulation,the methods to intensify capital budget management,as well as the progressive orientation of service awareness and professional capacity.Based on the research,it is beneficial to raise geographic institutions` project fund managing level.Every section intensifies budget coordination capacity,improve budget controlling ways,enhance budgeting quality and fulfill budget process flow management,thereby,the system can achieve the balance of resource demand and efficiency and boost the usage of government finance.
