Enterprising Reform Of Geological Survey Units In Shanxi Province

Geological Survey is basic work of China'economic and social development. Last 60 years, the nationalized geological exploration unit have provided rich mineral resources and geological data for development of our county's industrialization. At the beginning of China's foundation, because of large-scale economic construction, our nation broke international conventional system and directly manage the geological exploration unit.But with the importing of market economy into China, the old management system of geological survey system has become a backward relations of production which began to hinder the development of productive forces.The central authorities have issued many files since 1999, and then the geological survey unit began the long hard road of reformation. Many geological exploration unit actively explored the reform and development models that suits the circumstances of the province and units, and actively build a commercial market for the main mineral exploration.Typical of enterprise reform's success attract the attention of the industry, such as Yunnan, Guizhou, Inner Mongolia Provinces. However.Shanxi province is rich in mineral resources, whose economic development in front of our country, but its reform is more backward.Reform of Shanxi Province, this paper analysed the current situation of geological exploration units.Based on the understanding of geological survey industry in Shan Xi province, the paper study and learn the successful experiences of domestic enterprise reform in other provinces. And then put forward the reasonable reforming model for the development of Shanxi Province. The Geological Exploration Bureau should be the core of the reform, to speed up the province's separation, reorganization, restructuring of human, financial and material resources. To achieve the target model, the units must go through complex and lengthy transition phase.The paper then list the specific practices of units around the exploration reform, and suggests that the government should give some relevant supporting polices.
