The Effect Of FDI On The Optimization Of Industrial Structure In Jilin Province

Since China's reform and opening up,lots of FDI flooding into China have promoted the development of economy and the upgrading of industrial structure.At present,under the influence of economic globalization,it is critical time that we use foreign capital to promote economic development and adjust industrial structure,for our country is more closed to the external economy,and the degree of foreign investment's influence on China's economy is gradually enhancing.It is a major practical problem we are facing that how to avoid kill in the wave of globalization,use foreign capital to the fullest and minimize its negative impact.As the old industrial base in China,how to achieve the rejuvenation of northeast has become an important economic problem in china.Especially after the financial crisis,the international investment environment became harder.How to change the industrial structure by FDI,and how to make full use of foreign investment to develop strategic emerging industries has become the key to realize the economic recovery.This paper selects Jilin Province as the representative to study the effect of FDI on industrial structure optimization.This paper consists of five parts.Followed by the theoretical analysis,the mechanism analysis of the impact of FDI on the optimization of the industrial structure,the current situation of FDI and industrial structure in Jilin Province,the empirical analysis of the impact of FDI on industrial structure optimization and the conclusions and policy recommendations.By using the method of combining theory and empirical analysis,this paper makes a systematic analysis of the correlation between FDI and industrial structure optimization in Jilin Province,and obtains some research results.Specifically,the main research contents are divided into three parts:first,the mechanism of FDI and industrial structure optimization.Based on the analysis of the effect of FDI on the optimization of industrial structure,this part summarizes the mechanism of the effect of FDI on industrial structure optimization.FDI will promote the development of the factors affecting the industrial structure,and then the various effects of industrial structure optimization play important role in promoting the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.Second,FDI and empirical analysis of industrial structure optimization in Jilin.This part mainly uses the unit root test,co—integration test,VAR analysis,pulse analysis and Granger causality test to analysis the relationship between the three industries in Jilin province and the industrial structure of FDI.Finally,based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper summarizes the main ideas and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
