China is currently entering an important period holding many development opportunities.The government actively invests in infrastructure construction and comprehensively advances new urbanization.The demand for plastic pipeline products used in urban and rural construction is therefore increasing sharply.With the continuous increase of the market space for plastic pipeline products,all sectors of society are lifting requirements regarding the quality of products,follow-up services,brand influence as well as other aspects.Production enterprises,too,are witnessing a bigger need for technological innovation.S company is a hi-tech enterprise that develops and produces plastic pipes.In the face of changes in the external environment and many pressures,such as human resource management and tech innovation,we must further strengthen company management of said innovation,improve the competitive advantages and promote sustainable development.Based on the affiliated theories of technological innovation strategies and combing the related literature,this thesis combines field research,the PEST analysis method,the qualitative and quantitative combination method to determine the most suitable tech innovation strategy for S company.Firstly,PEST analysis method and Porter’s Five Forces analysis model are used to analyze the macro environment and industry competition environment faced by enterprises.After broad examination of the political,economic,social,and technological data,this thesis uses the EFE matrix(or external factor evaluation matrix)to quantitatively evaluate these key factors.Then,using the field survey method,through discussion and study conducted with the company’s management,tech research and development personnel,etc.this thesis will refer to the relevant information found within the company,qualitatively analyze its internal structure and then summarize the interior influence factors,such as,the role of tech innovation and talent.On this basis,IFE matrix(or internal factor evaluation matrix)is used to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise.Finally,using SWOT matrix and QSPM matrix analysis,a cooperative innovation strategy that is in line with the actual situation of the company was ultimately determined,and guarantee measures for the implementation of the technology innovation strategy were formulated.The research has reference value for fellow enterprises to formulate technology innovation strategies,and provides reference for the government to formulate policies for the transformation and upgrading of the plastic pipe industry. |
