Research Of The Calculation And Application Of Logistics Development Synergy Between Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei

Logistics between regions,as an important component of regional economy,serves as the bond and bridge of production and consumption between regions.It provides support and security for the inter-regional business communications and social and economic development.Recently,great emphasis has been placed on its development by the Chinese government.Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei(BTH)city group,as one of the three largest ones in China,is located at the center of Circum-Bohai-Sea development zone,giving it a favorable geographic position.In 2014,the synergetic development between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has been elevated to a national strategy.It has been greatly boosted by the guidance of national macro-policy and cooperation between related departments.Against this backdrop,with the acceleration of this process,the synergetic development of its logistics,as a vital part of its development,has become a trend and unsurprisingly attracted widespread attention.However,the developments of logistics of BTH are uneven and their synergy remain to be improved.This has impeded their overall logistics development.As a result,boosting the synergy of logistics development has become a vital part of its overall development of BTH.Taking BTH as its research object,this study aims to calculate the synergy of logistics of BTH with econometric model from the perspective of synergetic development and explore approaches for improving this synergy with empirical conclusions.The match rate of the logistics development of BTH is an indicator of its synergy.Thus,to calculate and analyze the synergy level of logistics between them,grey relational analysis is adopted to build the index system in five aspects: economic development,logistics infrastructure,industry scale,logistics workers and logistics information and technology.Factor analysis is then used to identify the key cities of logistics.The results have shown that for a long time,there has been a large gap between the logistics synergy and development synergy of BTH.Based on the analysis of the trend of the logistics synergy,this paper,from the perspective of Hebei,argues that in order to increase the synergy,key logistics cities should be developed geographically,take more advanced regions as radiative center,improve the match rate of logistics between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in order to boost the synergy of other regions with Beijing.Lastly,suggestions were made on improving the synergy of logistics between Beijing and the key cities from such areas as logistics policy,industry scale,infrastructure,logistics information and technology,and professional personnel.
