Research On The Cooperative Development Of Logistics And Electronic Commerce In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Electronic commerce,as one of the main economic and trade modes in the 21 st century,breaks the time and geographical restrictions of traditional business activities and is not constrained by channels.It can bring enterprises no territorial expansion and reduced total costs within the market.Especially in the context of the global economic crisis,the development of various industries has generally declined,and the role of electronic commerce in economic development is particularly important.For electronic commerce,the object of most business activities is logistics in the final analysis.Therefore,the development of electronic commerce can not be separated from the support of logistics services.The development of regional logistics also needs the support of the development of e-commerce industry.It can be seen from this that only the development of e-commerce industry and regional logistics can achieve win-win results.In March 2014,the state proposed a strategic plan for the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,aimed at strengthening economic cooperation between the Bohai Rim and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.With the strengthening of National Transportation integration and the introduction of the policy of integration of advantageous industries,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics has achieved a leapfrogging development,but there are still problems such as high logistics costs,low level of informatization,and a slightly backward operating model.Regional logistics industry and e-commerce industry as the promotion of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region economic development can not be ignored two industries,its coordinated development has become more important.If there is not enough synergy between the two and each other,it will inevitably have a huge impact on the economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This paper starts from the present situation of the development of logistics and e-commerce industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and builds the evaluation model of the coordinated development of logistics and e-commerce in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region based on the theory of co-students,and calculates the degree of synergy between the development of logistics and e-commerce industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.And through the sensitivity analysis to find out the most critical factors that affect the degree ofsynergy between the two,to provide a certain degree of theoretical reference for the formulation of local related policies,the specific research content is as follows:The first part,combs the relevant concepts and theories of regional logistics,electronic commerce and industrial cooperation,and constructs the theoretical system of this paper;The second part is about the development of logistics and e-commerce in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region;In the third part,the paper makes an empirical study on the synergy between logistics and e-commerce industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region based on the model of order parameter,and evaluates the synergy between logistics and e-commerce in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in recent years;The fourth part analyzes the sensitivity of input elements and determines the key influencing factors that affect the cooperation between regional logistics and e-commerce industry;In the fifth part,according to the influence factors of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics and e-commerce industry,the author puts forward some suggestions and measures to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics and e-commerce.
