Research On The Development Strategy Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Logistics From The Perspective Of Regional Logistics Cooperation

With the introduction and continuous development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration strategy,the degree of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration is increasing,the regional industrial structure is constantly optimized,and the regional economy is further developed.However,in the process of promoting the strategy of integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,regional logistics problems gradually emerge.The low degree of connection between logistics industry and unbalanced development of regional logistics hinder the rapid development of integration of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.In this context,the coordinated development of regional logistics in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei has become more important.Whether a scientific and localized development strategy of regional logistics can be formulated will be the key to the healthy development of regional logistics in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei integration.Starting from the regional logistics cooperation between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,this paper first analyses the current situation of the cooperation between the regional logistics channels and the regional logistics nodes in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and then analyses the problems existing in the regional logistics cooperation between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from the aspects of logistics market integration,logistics role positioning,logistics element flow and logistics modernization.Subsequently,the data of relevant indicators from 2008 to 2017 are selected.Fixed assets investment,logistics practitioners and logistics mileage are taken as input indicators.The output value,freight volume and freight turnover of urban logistics industry are taken as output indicators.The development level of logistics in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region is estimated by DEA model,and the coordination of logisticsin Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is evaluated.Finally,according to the evaluation results,the corresponding countermeasures and safeguard measures are put forward.The study finds that the overall efficiency of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei is relatively high,but the logistics efficiency of the three provinces and cities of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei began to fluctuate from 2015.In addition,the situation of overinvestment and insufficient production capacity in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei shows that the logistics cooperation among the three places has not reached the optimal level.In the process of logistics cooperation,there are some problems,such as slow integration of logistics market,vague positioning of logistics roles,imperfect construction of inter-city traffic routes and networks,and backward logistics modernization.In the future development of logistics cooperation in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,we should unify the logistics policy in the region as soon as possible,constantly improve the construction of logistics infrastructure in the region,strengthen the construction of logistics informatization,and provide guarantee for the development of logistics in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region by strengthening the logistics team,strengthening the industrial interaction,improving the logistics legal environment and establishing the logistics financial system.
