Study On Ancient Village Tourism Capacity Based On LAC Theory

With the rapid development of tourism,the overload problem of tourism area becomes increasingly serious.Developing the tourism capacity scientifically for the tourism areas is an effective method to ensure sustainable development of the tourism areas.The tourism resources of ancient villages are characterized by fragility,complexity and non-reproducibility,which makes the research on the tourism capacity of ancient villages more urgent.The current research on tourism capacity lacks of innovation,which is intering into the bottleneck stage gradually.Tourism capacity indexes are out of reality,and the means of regulation can not satisfy the actual needs of the area scenic spot,which causes the function of tourism capacity has not been well implemented.Among them,the ancient village tourism capacity research starts relatively late,having fewer studies in which the pertinence is not strong.Based on the LAC theory and the characteristics of the ancient village tourism capacity,this paper adjusts and integrates the nine steps of LAC theory to determine the order and content of the article.The characteristic of ancient village tourism resources is abundant,incluging the complex form of expression,fragility and non-reproducibility.In the process of tourism development,there are problems such as the destruction of historical and cultural resources,the influence of new facilities to the ancient scenery,the impact of traditional culture,the universal of population substitution,the depression of agricultural economy and the destruction of tourists.On the basis of this,the paper constructs the index system of ancient village tourism capacity,which is divided into four levels: the objective level,the guideline level,the field level and the quota level.The paper includs 4 maxims for ecological environment capacity,resource environment capacity,economic environment capacity and social environment capacity Guidelines,in 14 areas,about 44 indicators.At last,through the Delphi method for the index system to give the weight of the indicators,the article sums up the analysis method,and develops the evaluation criteria for each index.This paper takes Xiaohe village,known as its historical and cultural,in Yangquan City of Shanxi Province as an example to analyze the tourism capacity model of ancient village.Xiaohe village has a favorable geographical location,abundant historical and cultural resources,which is currently in the tourism development stage and where has low tourism activities and higher number of tourists on holidays and important activity days.Through the analysis and calculation,the comprehensive score of Xiaohe village's tourism capacity is 7.425,which is in the condition of generally weak load.The score of eco-environmental capacity is 6.064,which is in the condition of suitable load.The score of resource environment capacity,economic environment capacity and social environmental capacity are 8.529,7.217 and 7.978 respectively,which are in the condition of generally weak load.But there are still some limiting factors,such as the atmospheric environment and surface water environment are relatively poor,tourism development is not stable,the inheritance of agricultural economy is low and the service facilities are in bad condition etc.The article proposes five optimal control strategies for these problems,namely governance environment,let tourism activities be routine,develop ecological agriculture,pay attention to tourist word-of-mouth and develop intelligent tourism.
