Recalling the history of the development of developed countries,their economic structure in the status of small and medium enterprises has been high.They still believe that small and medium enterprises is the key to the development of the country.Modern small and medium enterprises in the rapid development around the world,we do not see even the small and medium enterprises do not even think of the products and services are in the rapid growth.Mongolian small and medium-sized enterprises follow the trend of rapid development as well.The main purpose of this research is to help the managers of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia to correctly analyze the current situation and future development trend of relevant industries according to the actual situation.In view of the policy situation of small and medium-sized enterprises in Mongolia and the development factors of small and medium-sized enterprises,we have carried out national Strategic Research.But also for small and medium enterprises leading industry research and evaluation,which specifically selected cashmere industry,carried out for the industry market research,the government's strategic policy research,the legal research,financial loan analysis.In addition,I mainly use SWOT,PEST,Michael Porter 5 factor and other methods,a detailed study of the cashmere industry.The research work has mainly completed the development of Mongolian small and medium enterprises strategic management model,for which we have chosen two small and medium enterprises to carry out strategic research.To determine the two companies existing management structure,management philosophy,market competition model,and on this basis to develop a corresponding strategic management model.Through the SWOT analysis of the two companies,found the advantages and weaknesses of the enterprise,a clear business may face the risk and its way of fighting risk.In addition,this study also identified the shortcomings of the strategic management of small and medium enterprises in Mongolia,the need to pay attention to what issues and aspects,recommended for small and medium enterprises in Mongolia,the strategic management model,providing strategic management policies and recommendations.
