Research On R&D Quality Management Under IPD Framework

The research and development work(R&D)is an important link in the operation of high-tech enterprises,R&D quality management is an important part of the quality management activities of high-tech enterprises.In this paper,the problems and deficiencies in the practice of R&D quality management are investigated by questionnaire.In order to solve these problems and deficiencies,this paper innovatively proposes that the high-tech enterprises can improve the quality management of product development based on the IPD framework and improve the work efficiency.Specifically include the following aspects.Firstly,Analysis the market demand for product R&D quality management and the enterprise competitive environment.Develop the R&D quality management under the strategy of enterprise development strategy and product development.Secondly,the product the R&D quality management model under the framework of IPD is established on the basis of the analysis of the structured process of the research and development activities.Thirdly,under the framework of IPD,the success of matters needing attention of the R&D quality management include: the construction of R&D quality management measurement system,the IT solidification of the R&D quality management process,the construction of the R&D quality management organization,the construction of the control management stage milepost for the R&D quality management etc.Finally,the case of JL company,this study analyzes the company's innovative product development quality management mode based on IPD framework,which verifies the compared quality management mode under the framework of IPD research and development of traditional quality management mode can significantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of quality management.The results of this study will have practical significance for improving the quality management of high-tech enterprises.
