With the improvement of international economic environment and investment environment,many small and medium-sized enterprises in China are going to IPO and realize the leap forward development of transnational operation.However,at the same time,the problems of gradual expansion of business scale and increasingly complex organizational structure have also brought corresponding challenges to Chinese enterprises.Financial problem is one of the most prominent problems,which not only limits the development of enterprises,but also has major hidden dangers of financial risks.Therefore,these small and medium-sized enterprises urgently need a set of scientific and effective performance appraisal system for financial personnel,so as to promote the smooth development of financial work and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper mainly studies the performance appraisal of financial personnel of J company,which is a medium-sized multinational enterprise in the expansion period.The performance appraisal of the company has been using the system of many years ago and is only in the form.It is out of line with the strategic objectives of the company,and it is difficult to stimulate the enthusiasm of financial personnel.Through in-depth study of the performance appraisal system of the financial staff of the enterprise,using the methods of literature analysis and case analysis,firstly,the relevant theories of performance appraisal are elaborated,which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper;secondly,the detailed information of the current situation of performance appraisal is mastered through data collection,questionnaire survey and on-the-spot interview,and the actual investigation is analyzed to find out the problems and find out the problems Find out why.With the help of scientific methods such as balanced scoring method,objective management method and key performance index method,the paper optimizes the assessment calculation method,assessment subject and assessment cycle.Finally,a set of performance appraisal system for financial personnel is constructed andoptimized for J company.On this basis,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures of performance appraisal system to ensure that the appraisal scheme can be effectively implemented and tends to be improved.The research results of this paper have certain practical significance for J company to improve the financial personnel's work efficiency,stimulate the enthusiasm of financial personnel,promote the transformation and upgrading of the company's talents,enhance the competitiveness of the company,and finally achieve the strategic goal of IPO.The results of this paper can provide a reference for the financial personnel performance management of small and medium-sized multinational enterprises in the same development stage,and it is a useful exploration for financial personnel management.
