With the precise poverty,such as the beautiful countryside work,rural residential land has become an important research content of geography science research in China.This study takes Libo County as the research area,using statistical and spatial analysis software,analyzes the Libo County Rural residential land change spatial characteristics,the driving force of rural residential change of rural residential land layout optimization is studied quantitatively.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The dynamic model and Simulation of rural residential land change speed,the scale of change can be divided into 3 stages,in general is an overall upward trend;(2)To form with the spatial distribution of rural settlements,respectively using Ripley's K function and kernel density estimation method to judge with the change of the aggregate,the extent and density of rural residents.The results show that the rural residential land in Libo is a small community uniform distribution;the density is a multi center distribution pattern of nuclear fragmentation "space;(3)Using the principal component analysis method,from the perspective of economic and social study of rural residential land change the driving force,driving force factor is as follows: the per capita net income of farmers,GDP,investment in fixed assets,per capita GDP,fiscal revenue,total power of agricultural machinery,rural investment in fixed assets,the added value of agriculture,forestry and animal husbandry The total industry output value;using a linear regression model,to reveal the driving force of rural residential land geographical environment,driving factors for the per capita arable land area,road network density and to the township(town)center distance;(4)Using the extended source classification to modify the MCR model simulation ofresidential expansion,the development of the layout of the study area the future is divided into priority construction area,construction area,limit construction area,construction area is not easy and no construction area,and proposes 1)To improve the environment,improve infrastructure;2)To protect the environment in the development of more livable residential area;3)Ecological priority,village relocation and development;4)Rural tourism or the whole village relocation optimization scheme.
