With the development of economic system reform,China is playing a more and more important role in the world.There are more and more Chinese enterprises began to invest,and act on international convention.In the modern enterprise management,the management is more and more emphasis on "people-oriented",ordinary employees in the enterprise play a huge role.To improve the employee's fair feeling,to understand the psychological state of the employee,to improve the employee's behavior becomes the problem that the managers pay attention to.Employees are key factors in organizational development.In an increasingly competitive modern society,enterprises should give full play to the role of employees,and encourage employees to speak for enterprises' development.The behavior of employees is affected by many factors,including the organizational factors and the individual factors.Especially the problem of psychology.The psychological status of the staff is a problem that needs to be paid attention to.The research has shown that the organizational justice has negative influence on the employee silence behavior.Therefore,this thesis introduces the theory frame of organizational justice,employee silence,and psychological safety.I send questionnaires to the general staff of the enterprises in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region.I analyze the data by SPSS software,and then draw the following conclusions:(1)Organizational Justice plays negative role to the silence behavior.(2)Distributive justice has negative impact on acquiescent silence;procedural justice has negative impact on acquiescent silence and defensive silence;interpersonal justice has negative impact on acquiescent silence and disregarded silence;informational justice has negative impact on acquiescent silence,defensive silence and disregarded silence.(3)Psychological security plays a positive moderating role in the sense of organizational justice and employee silence.That is,for the high sense of psychological security of employees,the stronger the sense of organizational justice,the probability of the occurrence of silent behavior is smaller.(4)Psychological security plays a positive moderating role in the sense of interpersonal justice and acquiescent silence,in interpersonal justice and disregarded silence,also in the informational justice and silence behavior or its three dimensions.This thesis puts forward the corresponding suggestions on how to improve the employee's sense of justice,to improve the employee's psychological security and to reduce the employee's silence behavior.
