With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the level of urbanization is getting higher and higher.How efficient,environmentally friendly and sustainable construction of the city,more and more become an important problem facing the country.The city public transportion corridor development is a good way of sustainable city construction and development of city construction,a lot of good at home and abroad,have adopted this model has important significance in the study of the mechanism of city public transportation corridor and its internal.This paper studies the relationship between two-way equilibrium of public traffic flow and land use in urban public transportation corridor.On the basis of summarizing the domestic and international research and public transportation corridor cases,this paper puts forward the classification method of urban public transportation corridor according to different development intensity and development mode.This paper summarizes and combs the relation between public transportation corridor,two-way equilibrium and land use from the two angles of macro and micro.The calculation model of two-way traffic flow in public transportation corridor and the adjustment model of public transportation corridor land based on two-way equilibrium of public traffic flow are constructed.Through the analysis of typical scenes and the application of examples,quantitative analysis and verification of two-way flow and land use in public transportation corridors are made.The main conclusion of this paper is based on the research at home and abroad,found the public traffic flow bidirectional balance is a crucial index of public transportation corridor with good public transportation corridor,good two-way balance of public traffic flow.Taking the public transportation corridor as the object,the traditional four stage method is improved,and a calculation model and an optimization model for efficient and adaptive two-way traffic flow balance of corridor are formed.And the original computing program,the model is verified and analyzed by examples.The thesis suggests that the development of land use in the corridor of public transportation should be developed with high density,so as to give full play to the function of large capacity public transportation,and be of reference value for the coordinated development of land use and traffic.
