With the continuous development of China's transportation industry,the traffic congestion in the expressway is becoming more and more serious.Therefore,it is urgent to find a quick way to solve the problem of low toll collection efficiency,the use of high-tech means to improve our highway charging system,reduce management costs and reduce construction costs is imperative.Today,the rapid development of the electronic toll collection system(etc)will play a major role in the change of the entire highway industry.The mode change will greatly enhance the efficiency of our daily life,promoting the economic and social development faster and better,and to improve the ecological environment and promote the development of electronic chip industry data communication plays an important role.According to the Beijing Luohe Expressway to Zhumadian expansion project as the background,design and improvement of ETC based on the new toll station in Zhumadian area,namely the high speed change electric barrier machine current models commonly used for ETC Lane A6 full digital high speed electric machine for rail double A3 D ultra high speed rail machine,and the railings the purpose is to provide an open arms of ultra high speed rail machine,its response speed,fence up time can be shortened to less than 0.3 seconds,can greatly improve the speed of ETC lane,in order to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art.In the ETC system theory as a support,and with the development of ETC at home and abroad and the problems faced in our country,we analyzed the double A3 D ultra high speed rail machine,product parameters of conventional A6 high-speed automatic railing machine of the two rail machine,and practical use,taking Zhumadian toll station,Luohe toll station ETC the equipment for the test object,the lift rod landing time on the railings of statistics,and can obtain double A3 D ultra high speed rail machine in reflection,accuracy,safety aspects have obviously strengthened.The analysis results show that the improved design is feasible and has obvious effect,and provides a feasible improvement scheme for the further improvement of ETC system...
