In recent years,in order to broaden China's foreign trade channels,accelerate the "made in China" to go abroad,and with the steady progress of national development strategies such as "Internet plus" and "One Belt And One Road",the government and relevant departments have issued supporting policies to support the development of cross-border export e-commerce industry.Along with the global Internet industry high-speed development and cross-border electricity system gradually perfected,and once the logistics,the development of cross-border electricity payment issues have been properly solved,China's export cross-border electricity industry into the golden development,showing a good development trend of high growth,nearly two years export cross-border electricity industry is in the midst of a gold industry growth period,become an important driving force for transformation and upgrading of traditional trade.In the above background and the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce industry,the talent gap of cross-border e-commerce industry is huge,and presents the characteristics of high staff turnover rate,fast talent flow and large recruitment volume of enterprises.The cultivation of cross-border e-commerce industry and the retention of key talents are becoming an important issue in the development of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in China.The human resource management level of cross-border e-commerce enterprises is increasingly affecting the success or failure of enterprises,and the attraction,development,motivation and retention of talents is becoming another front of the competition of enterprises.This paper,taking Shenzhen KAY cross-border electricity co.,LTD as the research object,the thorough analysis and finishing are summarized Shenzhen KAY cross-border business of the company's human resources situation and in the aspect of employee motivation and retention problems,and problem oriented,find KAY company effective employee motivation and retention of the key factors,explore some effective methods of employee motivation and retention for KAY company staff retention and sustainable development provides a certain reference.At the same time,the author hope that through this article about cross-border electricity business enterprise employee motivation and retention issues to think and explore,for the sustainable development of the cross-border electricity enterprise in our country provides certain reference and significance,as the industry's human resources practitioners in the enterprise staff incentive and retain the measures and methods to provide the certain enlightenment and help.
