The Analysis About The Evolution Of Service Industry In Central Area Of China's Provincial Capitals

In recent years,comprehensive and rapid development of service industry in our country,the scale continues to increase,to promote employment,consumption,improve people's livelihood,has played a positive role in such aspects as regional(city)to develop service industry as the important content of economic and social development to deployment.At present,the development of our country city two tasks: old city reconstruction and new city construction,mainly relates to how the original industry under the pattern of city layout structure formed in a new city center services as the core of reasonable industrial layout problems.At the same time,the central city of industry development is also facing industry concentration needs to be extended outwards.However,most of the city's old city reconstruction and new city construction lack of rationality and the comprehensive planning,urban construction is more simple to solve housing problem as the goal,ignore the industry especially the development of modern service industry.Based on China's provincial capital central city as the research object,through the 1992-2014,the regional services unit employment data,using the case analysis,comparative analysis,panel data analysis method of combining the analysis,the following conclusions: one is from period of the ninth five-year plan to "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" period,the provincial capital city center industry layout centered "half astern into three" strategic thinking,initial focus on construction of central business district and the central business district(CBD),formed in commerce and trade circulation,business services,financial services as the main body of urban functional areas;Then sped up the urban industrial shift to suburban county industrial park,the pace of the traditional business services to the residential area,is now beginning to control center city function and capacity,closing,transformed the city commodity distribution market,and orderly exit the regional logistics base,low-end services such as regional professional market.Second,foreign metropolis services evolution characteristics,and comparison with our country provincial capital city center services evolution characteristics are basically identical.Main show is: with the development of economy,trade,warehousing logistics,such as traditional service industry gradually withdrew from the center city area,financial information is still downtown key industry layout.Three from the development of producer services and consumer services,through constructing the threshold panel model to carry on the empirical analysis shows that different stages of economy,central city agglomeration of producer services development on its own economic development impact of a horizontal "S" type curve,namely the central city of productive service industry with the development of economy,the diffusion-concentration-diffusion characteristics,and the life of the sex industry cluster development impact on its own is a "few" type curve,the consumer services is just on the contrary,the development of the agglomeration,diffusion,accumulation characteristics.
