Engineering change is a common problem in the manufacturing process of complex products.The complex product has the characteristics of long production cycle,complicated design and manufacturing process,high precision and so on,causing the complex products to face the engineering change.The characteristics of complex products,such as edge design,edge production,edge modification,are more difficult to change the communication management and intervention.Develop detailed engineering change control plan,change the design and production of the risk,the influence brought by the uncertainty to a minimum,will help to improve production efficiency,reduce production costs,the formation of competitive advantage for enterprises.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the methods of complex product engineering change prediction and risk control measures.Based on this,this paper studies the parts selection of complex product engineering change and the quantitative dependence relationship,expected to provide useful reference for the actual production and operation of the enterprise with the expectation of the study of screening indicators,forecasting methods and risk control methods.In this paper,the engineering change of complex product parts is studied,pointed out that China is still a big manufacturing country,research background of complex product manufacturing,and the theoretical and practical significance of the study.Through the analysis of relevant research at home and abroad,the limitations of the present research are pointed out.Combined with engineering change management,Engineering change propagation,complex network,design structure and other related theoretical knowledge.First of all,this paper defines the types of Engineering change;Secondly,according to the screening method of key nodes in complex networks,a set of screening index system of Hub node for complex product engineering change is designed.Furthermore,combining with the design structure matrix,the existence of complex product engineering change propagation is analyzed,and the two dimensions from the direct influence and indirect influence defines the risk of project change.From the perspective of integrated risk,the risk analysis model of complex product engineering change propagation is constructed.Finally,to model model HFC6564-84 K marine generator to verify the rationality of the model,and on this basis,the complex product engineering change relates to components of modules,each module analyzes the engineering change propagation mode,and puts forward relevantsuggestions.
