It's known to all that the complex product manufacturing is the important foundation of national economy and national security, whose competition will directly relate to the vicissitude of national strength. The traditional character of long-periodic, single and large manufactured complex products gradually transforms to the production mode of agility,variety and customization. This mode contributes to more engineering changes for enterprises. Complex product manufacturing companies increasing spending on information product, lead to enterprise information rapidly rising costs, so this paper applies System Dynamics to construct models for a dynamic simulation to the information costs of complex products manufacturing so as to effectively provide reference to control the information cost.First of all, based on the theory of system dynamics, this paper combines the feature of complex product manufacturing engineering changes with the characteristics of system dynamics to identify the elements within the information cost system and explore the links among the affecting factors within the system. Secondly, apply the dynamics method to build the system dynamics model of complex product manufacturing cost information system. Take the complex product manufacturing-- CX Ship Manufacturing Enterprise as an example; with the Vensim software, the enterprise's information cost is dynamically simulated and the main factors were tested for sensitivity. Finally, it puts forward some suggestions for the management decision of the information cost of the complex product manufacturing enterprises. The paper is innovative to take the information cost of the engineering change information synergy in complex products manufacturing as the research object to build the system dynamics model of complex product manufacturing cost information from the perspective of a system. Model results show that the cost of information technology and the human cost is the coordination and the key of information cost control. The quantitative research of cost information is achieved through the simulation of system dynamics so as to provide a meaningful reference for the effective control of cost information in complex products manufacturing enterprises.
