Today,with the rapid development of China's comprehensive nation strength,China's industry will transformed from a labor-intensive mode to knowledge-intensive mode,and rapid social-economic development,so many people will pay more attention to the key factors of human resources.Talent is particularly important for businesses.Enterprises would take various measures to attract and compete for talent,and regard salaries as an important way to obtain talents.For companies,employees' salaries of the company's human resource management is significant.In order to help the improvement of relevant compensation management scheme,baseed on the thorough understanding XJBG overseas company compensation management of specific cases,have a series of analysis and research for the optimization of compensation management scheme.Currently,companies increasingly focus on staff's compensation management,not only in theory,but also have more research on practical level and are trying to optimize the management.In order to understand the real situation of enterprise,this paper mainly studies on XJBG's staff salary management,actively learned the theory about human resources.Then this paper adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and empirical analysis.What is more,it proceeds from the actual situation of the company,understands the real situation about the company's human resources management,and found the limitations of its compensation management,identifies the cause of this situation,and lays a solid foundation for the company's employees salaries management and optimization.From the aspects of the setting of post salary,skill-based salary,seniority wage,performance wage and welfare wage,this paper will optimize the salary management for XJBG oversea company.During the operation of this company,this process will be affected by the various factors,therefore this paper pur forward some measures to provide enough protection,from this view such as complete the organization mechanism,improve the staff skills,publicity and strengthening propaganda,improve management information system and management system,and emphasis on public participation to encourage the continuity improve of the salary system.This paper based on the understanding XJBG overseas company on the basis of the specific salary management,combined the design method of the salary management,in view of the current management situation have a specific analysis,and explore steps and practices of the company's compensation system.Based on a analysis of difference of employee job,skills and length of service,finally established a realistic,scientific,with operational management salary system for the company.
