Conditions And Ways To Enhance The Enterprise Value Of High-Tech Enterprises

The 14th five year plan clearly points out that scientific and Technological Development and innovation are the key to promoting China’s future strategic development,and it is necessary to improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises.As innovation accelerates the competition of new business model enterprises,innovation plays an important role in enterprise value.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the conditions and ways for high-tech enterprises to enhance enterprise value,the relationship between R&D investment and enterprise value,and the impact of corporate governance on enterprise innovation value.This paper takes the enterprises in Shenzhen growth enterprise market as the research object.By comparing the list of special,excellent and special new enterprises,828 enterprises are selected.The specific 106 new enterprises selected the consistency data from 2014 to 2020 as the sample interval.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper uses empirical analysis to study how corporate governance structure affects the relationship between R&D investment and enterprise value,and further analyzes the relationship between the two.Especially under the new background,the impact of long-term investment of high-tech enterprises on enterprise value,this paper analyzes and demonstrates the relationship between the two through constantly improving the verification mechanism and empirical results,which plays a very good role in promoting the adjustment of the relationship between the two.Role play.Enterprises should increase R&D expenses and strengthen R&D efforts.From the regression results,we can see that innovation investment improves enterprise value.The adjustment effect of special new enterprises shows that compared with non special new enterprises,the R&D investment of special new enterprises has a higher promotion effect on enterprise value.R&D funds used for scientific and technological innovation of enterprises are investments in the future.We should focus on the long term.In order to improve the quality of the board of directors,we should strengthen the internal management.Correctly understand the capital treatment of R&D expenses and maintain reliability.The purpose of studying the impact of innovation investment of venture enterprises on enterprise value is to attach importance to R&D and long-term development of enterprises.The research ideas of the two non-linear researchers and enterprise managers can not only promote the government to strengthen scientific and technological research and development.
