The rapid expansion of the advertising industry has created an excellent opportunity for development,but also caused a lot of competition.Compared with the previous competitive environment,China's current environment is more complex.At present,many large foreign advertising companies value the Chinese market,aware of the great potential of the Chinese market.At present,China has entered the late stage of industrial development,advertising has developed into one of the main contents of the third industry,only through market expansion has been unable to achieve the desired benefits.In the increasingly fierce battle,rely on the population to win the model has been unable to win.Industrial park needs a long time to improve business processes,improve the management level,so that it has a more efficient,to get a better effect.This paper selects Hubei advertising industry park A as the research object,the selection of PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,how to carry on the advertising industry under the background of new era to do the analysis,find out their advantages and shortcomings on the hidden,the development of scientific development planning,and hope to the long-term development of the domestic advertising industry to provide a help,let it be able to grow in the future increasingly fierce competition in the market more robust.Therefore,although this paper chooses the Hubei advertising industry park A as the research object,its strategy is also formulated for it,but its operation strategy for the development of the domestic advertising industry park has a certain role model.
