With the development of economy,the boundary career concept and variable career concept has become the mainstream of the new generation employees occupation concept,happiness and satisfaction has become an important index to measure the individual,organizational and social development.Work orientation emphasizes individual’s thinking and positioning of work significance and value in the field of work,and its influence on individual behavior is also more and more concerned by academic and management circles.However,the research on the working mechanism of the work orientation and the "black box" is still very limited.There is still no conclusion about whether the work orientation can predict or promote employees’ innovative behavior,innovation results and innovation performance.Especially,the research on the intermediate role of the special group’s work orientation and innovation performance is still in the initial stage,and it is also the focus of the current research.The purpose of this study is to investigate whether employee’s work orientation can influence job resilience,and explore the internal mechanism of employee job orientation in its innovative performance.Based on the existing literature summary,elaboration and research,based on the new generation of staff groups,the paper constructs the relationship model between job orientation and job flexibility and innovation performance.And through the questionnaire survey,249 samples of data were collected,and the correlation and regression analysis were carried out by using statistical software such as SPSS,and verified the conclusions of this paper.The main conclusions are as follows:The orientation of new generation employees work has a positive effect on Innovation Performance Research: the results show that different dimensions of work values of new generation employees have a positive correlation between the different on innovation performance,which cause the orientation effect on innovation performance maximum.There are two main influence path,directly affect the path is mainly direct effect of work orientation on innovation performance,while the indirect effect is mainly through the influence to the mental state variable occupation flexibility to employees to get some extra resources,to improve the lack of organization and work,indirectly enhance their innovation performance.The occupation of elastic mediator between work orientation and innovation performance:the results showed that different dimensions of work values through the influence of occupation elasticity,mechanism of influence on innovation performance.Study on the influence of demographic variables on the new generation of employees’ workorientation: the results show that there is a correlation between the new generation employees age and level of education and job orientation,other variables and demographic characteristics of work orientation in the data. |
