The Impact Of Industry Agglomeration On The County Economic Competitiveness Of Jingxian County In Hebei Province

Industrial agglomeration is a geography of industry in the process of development,that is,in a specific area associated with each other in a specific area of enterprises and institutions within the concentrated,constitute the upper,middle and lower reaches of the structural system integrity,external support industry system integrity,and has a high flexibility and mobility of the organic system.The phenomenon of industrial agglomeration first appeared in the developed countries,and the role of enhancing the regional economic competitiveness is very obvious,and it has become a unique phenomenon in the contemporary world economic development.China's reform and opening up since the high-speed economic growth,gave birth to a large number of coastal of industrial agglomeration,such as Fujian Putian's footwear industry,Guangdong Pearl River east coast of the electronic information equipment industry,Dongguan garment production and trade industry,along with these industry agglomeration,along the coastal area of regional comprehensive strength and regional economic competitiveness has been rapidly improved.In the increasingly fierce globalization of the contemporary,industrial agglomeration has become a region and even the country to enhance regional economic competitiveness of the important way.Based on the research results of industrial agglomeration and regional economic competitiveness,this paper takes the characteristics of Jingxian County in Hebei Province as the basis for the agglomeration of the industry and the competitiveness of the county economy,to the relationship between the two and the former on the latter to study the impact.Firstly,this paper combs the theory of industrial agglomeration and the theory of regional economic competitiveness,and analyzes the influence of industrial agglomeration on regional economic competitiveness and the mechanism of influence from the theoretical point of view.And then collect and organize the three major industrial clusters of Jingxian County in Hebei Province and the relevant data of Jingxian county macro economy in 2005-2015,using the location quotient and industrial clustering index to measure the concentration of three major industries of Jingxian county,and uses the method of statistical description to describe and analyze the status quo of Jingxian county's economic competitiveness,and then collect and organize the three major industrial clusters of Jingxian County in Hebei Province and the relevant data of Jingxian county macro economy in 2005-2015,using the location quotient and industrial clustering index to measure the concentration of three major industries of Jingxian county,and uses the method of statistical description to describe and analyze the status quo of Jingxian county's economic competitiveness,and then constructs the evaluation index system of industrial agglomeration and county economy competitiveness,and uses the mutation series method to calculate the composite index of the two,and then uses the E-G two-step method to analyze the influence of industrial agglomeration on the county's economic competitiveness.It is concluded that the agglomeration of the three major industries of Jingxian County in Hebei Province has maintained a relatively stable upward trend for 11 consecutive years,among which the agglomeration degree of rubber and plastic products is the highest,followed by steel structure,finally is mechanical manufacturing.The regression analysis of E-G two-step method shows that the rubber and plastic products have the greatest influence on the economic competitiveness of the county,followed by the steel structure and machinery manufacturing,Of which rubber and plastics products industry agglomeration index for every 1% increase,Jingxian county economic competitiveness index will increase 1%,iron tower steel industry agglomeration index for every 1% increase,Jingxian county economic competitiveness index will increase 0.425%,for the machinery manufacturing industry agglomeration,it is increased by 1%,Jing county economic competitiveness index decreased by 0.6028%,Which can be derived from Jingxian county in Hebei Province,rubber and plastic products industry cluster and iron tower steel industry cluster on the county's economic competitiveness to enhance the promotion of the role,and machinery manufacturing industry agglomeration on Jingxian county economic competitiveness of the county has a hindrance.Finally,according to the conclusion of this paper,this paper puts forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions on how to optimize the industrial agglomeration to enhance the competitiveness of the county economy,such as strengthening the independent innovation ability of the agglomeration enterprise,creating the brand of the superior position,promoting the integration and upgrading of the industrial chain,to promote the construction of key parks,to provide more quality services to enterprises in the region;to cultural construction as the main line,to promote economic,cultural and environmental development of a coordinated,such as the development of a large number of talents;Series of practical recommendations,with a view to play the advantages of industrial agglomeration,and promote the competitiveness of the county economy to provide theoretical basis and policy recommendations.
