A Study On Industrial Competitiveness Of The County Economy, For Example Of Shaodong Hunan

The county economy is the foundation of Chinese national economy, occupies a great part in Chinese national economy and is also a point tectonic plate that carries out scientific development and coordinated development. Development and strength of the county economy that decides whether construction of the middle-class family society in China will be succeed or not. Moreover, the body of development and strength of the county economy is industry,county economy is strong while industry is prosperous. Therefore, in the market environment of fierce rivalry, raising the industrial competitiveness of the county economy is necessary means and paths to develop and strengthen the county economy. Under this background, study on mechanism and dynamic of industrial competitiveness of the county economy, and the general regulation of industrial competitiveness of the county economy, have important theoretical and realistic significance.Based on the theory of competitiveness, the article originally puts forward a proposition of the county economic industrial competitiveness with a meso-level and industrial perspective, describes and analyzes its basic theory, the formation of its mechanism and evaluation system, and constructes the competitiveness round model of county economy. In order to provide theoretical and practical operational mathods and paths for enhancing industrial competitiveness of the country economy, it emphasizes initiative controls and managements of human activities in the Market Economy, reinforcements and changes of spontaneousvariable factors, and innovative fuctions and modes of competitiveness in development of county economyFirst, after defining the industrial competitiveness of county economy, the dissertation analyzes the theoretical basis about the industrial competitiveness of the county economy, foundes evaluation of county economy on the round model,and puts forward the round path of the industrial competitiveness influenced by inside and outside factors under the background of satisfying market demands and ensuring industrial profitability.Secondly, according to the concrete circumstance of Shaodong, the dissertation analyses influencial factors of round model from qualitive and quantitive views. Then, it puts forward ideas such as resources are the foundation of industrial competitiveness,system is the core, brand is the advantage, government is the helmsman.etc, and analyses the influence of the nation's industrial policy and economic integration upon industrial competitiveness of county economy.Thirdly, on the base of theoretical analysis and the round model,this dissertation establishs evaluation indexes for the round model, and puts forward the standpoint of the predominant industry for evaluating industrial competitiveness of county economy. According to evaluation indexes system, it analyzes the dynamic variety of Shaodong about the industrial competitiveness of county economy with statistics.Although the promotion of Shaodong's industrial competitiveness do exist, its speed is slow and falls behind, compared with top ten counties of Hunan and Yiwu Zhejiang.At last, according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, the dissertation proposed suggestions and steps to promote the industrial competitiveness of county economy.
