After more than 10 years of rapid development,China's aerospace technology has been into the era of self-development from the stage of introduction to imitation.The rapid development of aerospace industry has brought new opportunities and challenges for aerospace Standard parts enterprises in China.But,the existing production has been difficult to meet the rapid development of the market demand.Automation and specialization is the future direction of the aerospace Standard parts enterprises.Therefore,in order to form the brand effect,occupy the market and improve the core competitiveness,some enterprises began to explore and practice the production of local automation and specialization.At present,many enterprises are traditional functional layout which is easy to make production problems,such as low produce efficiency,production imbalance,WIP inventory,unstable quality and so on.So how to design an efficient,flexible production line to improve the production efficiency,the product quality and the rapid response to changing market demand has become the focus of this paper.Based on the research on the demand of the screw bolts of automated and specialized production lines of M enterprise,the paper puts forward the design scheme of the bolts production line by cell production and evaluates by simulation technology and Simio simulation software.The main research contents as follows:Firstly,based on the summary of the industry overview and product characteristics of aerospace standard parts enterprises,detailed analysis of the current production situation and its production problems of M enterprise,the paper proposes the demand of building automated and specialized bolts production lines.And the necessity of adopting the cell production and simulation evaluation is discussed.Secondly,the paper studies the problem of cell formation and cell layout in cell production.Cell formation is the first step which contains product family building and equipment group building.In this paper,the hierarchical clustering algorithm is proposed to construct the product family of bolts by using the principle of product similarity.And using PQ analysis to identify the key product families with larger production as the main research object of the cell production line,thus forming the production cell.Then building the equipment group according to the production information to determine the type and the number of equipment in every production cell.Then,the cell layout is another important step in the design of the cell production line.This paper presents the bolts cell layout scheme of M enterprise based on the proposed principles of the cell layout and the requirements of channel spacing and equipment spacing on account of the safety standards.Finally,the simulation model of the cell production line is constructed by Simio simulation software.The feasibility of the scheme is explained by analyzing the results of the simulation model.At last,the paper analyzes the actual operation effect which verifies the correctness of the simulation model and the feasibility of the scheme.
