Research On Some Related Questions Of Promotions And Expansion In Social Insurance Coverage

China's social insurance is mainly guaranteed by the department in the planned economy period,whose coverage was quite narrow and the fairness was questioned.Since the reform and opening-up,the social insurance has been gradually im proved from unit security to real social security,and its coverage has al so been increasing with the comprehensive reform of the economy and society.It made a great progress,yet there are still various problems,such as abandoning insurance,interrupting insurance,insurance jumping,insurance fraud,the safety of social security benefit,the lower service level of social security adm inistration department.The present author has interviewe d and investigated relevant authorities,the insurance bureau and medical insurance centers to collect relevant data through a data retrieval process and analyzed and compared with the related data of the national statistical official website based on the bad phenomena mentioned above.Then the present author has a prelim inary understanding of the present c overage of our country's social insurance and sorted the specific problems and reasons through the process of constructing the wide coverage of our country social insurance.Discussions are focused on the issues su ch as non-uniform system,higher rates and the lack of funds to pa y by using methods like analogy analysis,striving to find out the cause of the problem.In terms of the low service capacity of so cial security institutions,the lack of professional staf f and low enterprise insured enthusiasm,dialectical analysis were u sed to explore the reasons for its existen ce and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.Mean while,this paper has further discussed the reasons for the formation of personal attitude of citizens and cognition.In addition,this paper made comments and proposals for perfection of Social Insurance Policy,strategies and methods in execution,public education gui de,optimization of Social security management workflow and advanced social credit system construction.
