Currently,our country is in a significant period of urbanization development and transformation.During this time,the problems of urban construction land resource shortage and the contradiction between land supply and demand have become prominent.For Guizhou Province,because of the widely-distributed karst landform,the weak ecological environment,complicated man-land relationship,low environmental carrying capacity and the improper social economic activities,the man-land conflict has been exacerbated even further.Karst rocky desertification,which is the basic situation of Guizhou province,has always been troubling the urban development of cities in karst areas.How to break away from this difficulty and to release urban development land potential have become an important topic in the urbanization of Guizhou province.In this article,Duyun city and Kaili city of Guizhou province are selected as the empirical study objects to do the evaluation research on the intensive use potentials of central urban area construction land.Evaluation index system was built,standard value proportional calculation method was used to do standardized treatment on targeted value,to measure the intensivism degree,to divide the land use status type and to estimate and divide potentials zones.Timing sequence allocation method was used to explore and outline the optimizing strategy.ArcGIS software was adopted to build evaluation data base in order to probe into the question of how to release urban construction land potential and to improve urban special and regional structure.The main contents and conclusions of the paper include:(1)The major progresses of the evaluation research on central urban area construction land intensive use potentials,the background and significance of the subject were discussed.Research status at home and abroad were systematically arranged,the major theories and results were collected and classified.The necessity of intensive use of central urban area construction land and the potentiality exploitation were clearly stated.(2)The central urban area construction land of Duyun city and Kaili city were delimited into 98 and 89 functional zones respectively.Duyun city were delimited into 46 resident functional zones respectively,16 resident functional zones respectively,17 resident functional zones respectively,3resident functional zones respectively,8 resident functional zones respectively,8 resident functional zones respectively.Kaili city were delimited into 49 resident functional zones respectively,11 resident functional zones respectively,8 resident functional zones respectively,4 resident functional zones respectively,8 resident functional zones respectively,9 resident functional zones respectively.(3)Results of calculation analysis,Duyun city has 70 functional areas for medium and low utilization of area,accounted for 71.42% of all functional areas.Kaili city has 47 functional areas for medium and low utilization of area,accounted for 52.81% of all functional areas.The integral intensivisn value of Duyun city and Kaili city are respectively 47.39 and 62.19,which are still in a relatively low level,and shows a trend of decrease distribution from the central urban area to surrounding areas.(4)Duyun central city based on the comprehensive reform land of 967.952 hectares,the absolute size potential of the potential for 22.858163073 billion yuan.Kaili potential absolute size of 861.1704 ha,economic potential is 20.22193 billion yuan.Duyun central city based on the real conditions of the absolute scale of reforming land potential of 794.0443 hectares,the economic potential of 21.534367176 billion yuan.Kaili has the absolute size of the potential of 677.746 hectares,the economic potential is 21.852249658 billion yuan.Benefits of land use intensity is not enough,did not achieve the optimal needed structural adjustment,more is in a state of inefficient use,has a great potential to be one time.(5)According to different situation combined with sequential configuration way set in the near future,short-term,long-term potential mining optimization adjustment strategy,so as to promote the city construction land intensive utilization.Duyun city potential land use temporal configuration were delimited into 46 short term zones,24 near future term zones,18 long-term zones.Kaili city potential land use temporal configuration were delimited into 6 short term zones,21 near future term zones,37 long-term zones.(6)Based on Geodatabase build central city construction land intensive utilization potential evaluation database.In order to realize the evaluation data of network interconnection and information sharing,to further promote the construction of database normalization.In this article,the utilization status of central urban area construction land of Duyun city and Kaili city are found out through the intensive use potential evaluation.The discrepancy between current utilized situation and the ideal condition are captured.The connotative potential of land potential exploitation is grasped and its optimization strategy is outlined accordingly.Through building evaluation data base,the intensive use evaluation is promoted in order to push forward the construction of information and standardization.
