Research On Dynamic Scheduling Method For Discrete Manufacturing Workshop

With the rapid development of market economy,the competition between enterprises isbecoming more and more intense.In order to be invincible in the fierce market competition,enterprises urgently need to find an effective way to enhance the overall competitiveness.In the discrete manufacturing enterprises,production management is the focus of enterprise management and production scheduling is the core of production management.Therefore,increasing the ability of production scheduling is an effective way to obtain the overall competitive ability through the improvement of management ability.The existing research on production scheduling is mainly concerned with static workshop scheduling,but the actual production environment of the workshop is dynamic so that the dynamic workshop scheduling is more realistic.In this paper,the dynamic scheduling problem of discrete manufacturing workshop is studied which focus on how to realize effective dynamic scheduling under the premise of taking into account of production efficiency and stability.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a dynamic scheduling method for discrete manufacturing workshop.This method mainly includes two aspects: pre-scheduling and dynamic scheduling which illustrates how the shop floor can be dynamically adjusted under the influence of dynamic events,and the specific contents are as follows:(1)A pre-scheduling method of discrete manufacturing shop based on critical chain is proposed which is based on how to carry out static scheduling in the initial state of workshop.According to the production characteristics of the discrete manufacturing workshop,the production activities are abstracted into the production network diagram,and the initial solution of the pre-scheduling scheme is produced according to the pre-set priority rules.Critical chain identification is carried out on the basis of the initial solution and pre-scheduling scheme for discrete manufacturing shop will be found with the critical chain as an important reference for the push plan.(2)A dynamic scheduling method for discrete manufacturing workshop based on hybrid of period and event is proposed.This method is based on how to realize effective dynamic scheduling in the production process of discrete manufacturing workshop under the premise of ensuring production efficiency and stability.In this paper,the periodic rescheduling and event rescheduling strategy is adopted.When the key dynamic events occur in the workshop,the rescheduling is performed immediately.If there is no critical dynamicevent,the periodic rescheduling method is adopted.On the basis of the pre-scheduling method,the periodic rescheduling and critical event rescheduling respectively use complete rescheduling and partial rescheduling strategy,and put forward the corresponding dynamic scheduling method under the premise of ensuring the production efficiency and stability.The pre-scheduling method based on critical chain and dynamic scheduling method based on hybrid of period and event constitutes the dynamic scheduling method for discrete manufacturing workshop.This method explores the dynamic scheduling problem of discrete manufacturing workshop,which can provide some reference for the improvement of production scheduling in discrete manufacturing workshop.
