Production Workshop Scheduling Base On TOC And ERP Integration Idea

With the development of enterprise management informationization, Productionmanagement level plays a more important role for the market competitiveness of enterprises.However, enterprise management ideas and technology are always relatively backward, so theproduction management level of our country has a big gap compared with developedcountries,and we need a advanced production management mode to improve enterpriseproductivity level and enhance the competitiveness in order to win an advantage in the fiercemarket competition.First, we analyze the related principle and technical characteristics of the management ofproduction in the paper. On the basis of summarizing the relevant research results and fullyaware of the strong advantages in the enterprise information management of ERP system and itsdefects exposed in the production management, introduce the theory of TOC appropriately andresearch on management methods and technology to optimize production management mode ofERP which has be integrated into the TOC,then incrementally to study forward in this paper.Established theories based on both integration model and the control mechanism,and in-depth analysis and research from the quantitative aspects of lead time and batch then draw ascientific integration patterns. Then research on that management and control the productionprogress and buffer and material supply using the TOC theory and method in order to ensureproduction workshop logistics unobstructed and ensure the production task is completed.Finally, combined with cases using ERP enterprise production system in the productionmanagement problems, put forward solutions using TOC and apply the theory of achievementto construct the manufacturing enterprises based on TOC and ERP integration idea under theplan system of this paper and the procedures on the implementation of the system.
