With the current rapid development of science and technology, in the field of discrete manufacturing, the weakness of the traditional method which improves by putting advanced equipment has become obvious, the profits become less. In recent years, more and more enterprise managers began to focus on the optimization of production process, while workshop production scheduling optimization is the core issue of production process optimization in discrete manufacturing enterprises.In this study, the method is a combination of theory and practice, the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Firstly, based on the status of discrete manufacturing enterprise hybrid assembly plant production processes, we propose optimization of production scheduling is necessary. Secondly, hybrid assembly methods, the workshop production scheduling optimization modeling and solving mathematical methods are studied in discrete manufacturing enterprises. Combined with computer technology, the use of C# language has developed a service in this study experimental simulation system on Microsoft’s. NET platform. Finally, With JY for example, hybrid assembly plant production status quo is being investigated by field visits, factors affecting the workshop production scheduling qualitative analysis by using causal analysis in many ways. The effect of the workshop production scheduling optimized is quantitatively analyzed by system simulation method. The main result obtained in this thesis is as follows:(1) For discrete manufacturing enterprises, hybrid assembly plant scheduling optimization problems related theories are summarized, and the problem solving method summarized.(2) On the basis of the analysis of the various methods, take priority in the allocation of heuristic rules to solve production scheduling problems in hybrid assembly workshop.(3) Applicable to the study of a workshop production scheduling optimization system is being developed. JY companies with related data, scheduling approach taken in this study of the feasibility and effectiveness are validated.By analyzing the results of the simulation in this typical discrete manufacturing process, we can know: the result showed that the scheduling optimization goal of the maximum completion time minimization is satisfied. Therefore this scheduling method can effectively shorten the production cycle and enable enterprises to improve production efficiency. Meanwhile, rationality of the method, the feasibility and operability have also been verified. And it is a reference to solve the problems of the same type of enterprises.
