Electronic manufacturing industry is not only an important part of national economy of our country,but also the leading force of industrial informatization.Under the current environment of economic globalization,the operating environment for electronic manufacturing companies has become increasingly difficult.However,companies have been faced with the problem of low processing efficiency in the production and operation management.The study found that the shift in production patterns is an important reason.Production mode had been changed from the traditional unitary-breed and huge-batch's rigid production to multi-breeds,few-batch,customers customized production.This shift in production mode makes frequent changes in the production scheduling,while the traditional empirical scheduling is not only inefficient,but also poor flexibility,which makes it urgent for companies to find more efficient scheduling methods.For manufacturing companies,the processing cost of the SMT workshop is the most valuable part of the entire manufacturing process at all processing stages,so researching the SMT workshop's production scheduling is important for improving the efficiency of the SMT workshop.This paper firstly reviewed the research status of the layered optimization of the SMT production scheduling,summarized the three optimization levels of production scheduling,and focused on two types of problems about the optimization of the production system level:how to split work order suitably based on the differences of line processing efficiency for large quantities of products;how to assign and sort the product to be processed.First of all,this paper takes the main-board for the SMT workshop on the "A"company as the research object.In order to exert the advantage of difference in processing efficiency of the line body,the large-volume work orders have been split apart.On this basis,a linear programming model with the minimum total processing time is established to solve the problem of large-volume work orders splitting.The practical case is then used to analyze and verify the effectiveness of the model.Secondly,this paper takes the main-boards's process for the SMT workshop on the "A" company as the research object.After analyzing a variety of influences factors,including:many processing types of main-boards,single and double-sided processing technology,the efficiency of production line,the incoming time of material,product delivery time and the starting time of the production line and other factors.Two types of decision variables are introduced to establish a nonlinear programming model with minimum completion time to solve the assignment and sequencing problems in product processing.At first,collecting the relevant processing data of the SMT workshop,and carrying on the necessary data processing,to obtain concrete numerical model of nonlinear programming.Then,using optimization tool"Lingo" to solve,obtaining the experimental results,analyzing the results of the experiment,and comparing the results with the empirical scheduling in the corresponding indicators to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the established production scheduling model.According to the two obtained results,drawing the corresponding Gantt Chart for the production department for reference.
