Through the efforts of more than 37 years,the No.2 oil production plant of Jiangsu oilfield has been developing gradually into a synthetic company which business conanins oil/gas producing,WI,transportation,well testing,facility caring and survival services.A 6×104 TOPY production has been kept for 12 years,and this is not easy for a company mainly formed by the ? low permeability reserves(only 684.8×104 ton remaining recoverable oil while the RF is 20.3% at present).Based on the studying and comparing deeply and systematically to the theory,method and tools for the performance management,the performance management about No.2 oil production plant Jiangsu Oilfield is selected to be the object of this study.This paper analyzes the main problems and the reasons for the performance management in this plant,draw on the experience of the successful practice of domestic and abroad,establish the individual promoting target and the organization(or team)enhance arm about the performance in the process of the enterprise development,screen the method and tools carefully for the development of enterprise,integrate felicitously the performance appraisal and the fundamental work inspection,unify organically the process control and the resulting evaluation,combine effectively the dynamic test and static estimate,overlap effectively the appraisal between higher-ups,peers and subordinates,set the performance evaluate index of scientific and reasonable,and production,update the design and optimize the management process constantly,establish the performance management system both organization and individual for the needs of enterprise development,mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of whole-staff-participation,build the core competitiveness of enterprises,in order to lead the enterprises develop scientifically,effectively and harmoniously.
