The Optimized Designing Of Organization Based On Process Management

Economy globalization, digital information revolution and customer-oriented theory are changing our current environment with unimaginable speed deeply. The huge change required every organization to rethink its organization style. After reviews on organization development history, this thesis focuses on the organization based on process management in theory and in practice with the masterstroke of process of organization. The element of designing this organization is operation process of the"project"or"task"and the basic unit of this organization is"team"or"group". This organization can urge enterprise to be oriented to market, focus on customer and aims to benefit. The main idea and conclusion of this paper are as follows:1. The development of organization theory and the flatter trend of organization configuration are introduced. The advantage and disadvantage of mainstream organization in existence such as line-staff organization, divisional organization are analyzed one by one.2. Definition of process management is given. At present, lots of companies are executing many performance-upgrading projects such as ERP, CRM and supply chain management . All of them pay more attention to process improvement.3. The organization structure based on process management is established. It is compared with traditional organization type in aspects of organization structure, organization members, leadership style and so on. It is concluded that this organization is more adapted to information era. There are four steps to establish this organization: line out core process, constitute team of process, construct information supporting system and improve performance evaluation system.4. Taking the organization transformation of basic building process in XX company as an example, demonstrate the possibility of the organization based on process management with partial application in line-staff organization.
